We are proud to recognise James Willison on being awarded ASIS Life Membership 2026, in recognition of his significant and sustained contribution to ASIS International and the wider security profession.
James’ journey with ASIS spans over two decades. He joined ASIS UK in 2003 as a student member and became a full member in 2005. Since then, he has played a consistent and active role in shaping both the UK Chapter and wider international initiatives.
Beyond his volunteer contributions, James has also been a strong voice in advancing the profession. He has written multiple articles since 2007 and has spoken at numerous conferences, helping to promote the development of Security Convergence and Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM), alongside the frameworks and supporting documents that underpin them.
