Eleanor Rowland

Director of Safeguarding and Inclusion, Fulham Football Club

Eleanor Rowland is Director of Safeguarding and Inclusion at Fulham Football Club, where she leads initiatives focused on creating safer, more inclusive environments across the organisation.

Passionate about gender equality, Eleanor works to increase female representation across coaching, operations and senior leadership while driving education around violence against women and girls. She recently commissioned bespoke workplace bystander intervention training to help staff identify and challenge sexism, gender stereotyping, microaggressions and gender-based violence. Prior to joining Fulham FC, Eleanor worked within the inspection team at the NSPCC and held roles across crime prevention and substance misuse charities. Her expertise spans safeguarding, inclusion, community engagement and supporting underrepresented groups.

Marcus Oldroyd

Founder and Director, The Bureau Consultancy

Marcus Oldroyd is the founder of The Bureau Consultancy, specialising in leadership development, crisis communication and behavioural awareness.

His background combines elite military service with a distinguished 25-year career in UK policing, where he served as a Detective Inspector, Police Interview Advisor and Crisis & Hostage Negotiator. Marcus is currently completing an MSc in Behavioural Analysis, focusing on human behaviour and deception detection. He is a long-standing lecturer on the Frontier Risks SRMC programme and serves as a Trustee for the A4A charity. Through CPD-accredited programmes, Marcus supports organisations in developing confident leaders and behaviourally aware security teams.

Adam Ratcliffe

Operations Director, Safer Business Network

Adam Ratcliffe is Operations Director at Safer Business Network, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company delivering Business Crime Reduction Partnerships across London and beyond.

Adam leads the organisation’s partnership operations, intelligence, training and project delivery functions, working closely with police forces, local authorities, Business Improvement Districts, landowners and private sector partners. He has extensive experience in intelligence sharing, operational coordination and partnership-led crime prevention initiatives, helping businesses and communities work together to reduce crime and improve public safety.

Tom Bacon

Chief Operating Officer, RiskPal

Tom Bacon is Chief Operating Officer at RiskPal and has spent nearly two decades delivering risk management solutions to organisations operating in complex environments.

Before joining RiskPal in 2018, Tom served as Geopolitical Director at Protection Group International and Head of Risk Analysis at G4S Risk Management. Throughout his career he has designed, developed and managed multiple risk management technology platforms and continues to lead bespoke risk solutions for international organisations. His expertise combines operational risk management, geopolitical analysis and technology-driven approaches to organisational resilience.

Simon Harris

Group Safety & Security Director, Superstruct Entertainment

Simon Harris is Group Safety & Security Director at Superstruct Entertainment, one of the world's largest independent live entertainment operators, delivering more than 300 events annually to approximately eight million visitors worldwide.

Holding both Chartered Security Professional and Chartered Safety and Health Professional status, Simon leads the development and implementation of global safety and security management systems across a diverse international festival portfolio. His career spans a range of sectors including public service, aviation, hospitality, television and film production, global events, and the energy industry. Prior to joining Superstruct, he held senior leadership positions with Informa PLC and Wood Mackenzie.

Andrew Neal MSc

Head of Global Security, Cardinus Risk Management

Andrew Neal is Head of Global Security at Cardinus Risk Management and brings more than 24 years of experience delivering global safety and security solutions.

His expertise includes corporate travel safety, lone worker protection, hostile environment awareness, conflict management, behavioural profiling, counter-terrorism and threat assessment. Andrew has successfully delivered projects across regional, national and international environments in collaboration with government, military and NGO partners. A recognised speaker and trainer, he also serves as Tactical Security Advisor to the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) and regularly delivers masterclasses on global security and risk management.

Daniel Zbant MSyl TechIOSH

Area Director of Security, The Dorchester Collection

Daniel Zbant is Area Director of Security for The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park, leading security operations across some of the UK's most prestigious luxury hospitality environments.

With extensive experience in protective security, risk management, crisis preparedness and operational leadership, Daniel specialises in aligning security strategy with guest experience, business resilience and brand reputation. He is a full member of The Security Institute and a Technical Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, bringing a balanced approach that combines security excellence with exceptional customer experience.

Clarke Jarrett

Chief Operating Officer, THEIA Human Insight Technology

Clarke Jarrett is Chief Operating Officer of THEIA Human Insight Technology, a human insight platform focused on emotional wellbeing, workforce resilience and behavioural risk visibility.

His interest in emotional wellbeing and organisational resilience stems from a leadership career in high-consequence environments. As Commander of Scotland Yard’s Counter Terrorism Command (SO15), Clarke was responsible for London’s counter-terrorism operations and national and international response activity, overseeing the selection, performance and welfare of more than 2,000 specialist staff. At THEIA, he applies this operational experience to help organisations strengthen workforce resilience, improve decision-making and better understand the relationship between emotional wellbeing, operational performance and human risk.

James "JP" Poulter

Founder, ThreePoint Labs

James "JP" Poulter is a leading AI strategist, keynote speaker and founder of ThreePoint Labs, an AI transformation consultancy helping organisations navigate the transition to intelligent working.

Through his work with organisations across multiple sectors, James helps leaders understand how artificial intelligence is reshaping work, organisational structures and decision-making. Known for his practical and ethical approach to AI adoption, he advises businesses on workforce transformation, human-AI collaboration and responsible innovation. James is the author of AI at Work and is recognised internationally for his thought leadership on the future of work in the age of AI.
