Autumn Seminar 13 October

Our Autumn Seminar was kindly hosted by the Edwardian Manchester – A Radisson Collection Hotel and it was great to be able to meet more of our members from the region. We were honoured to be joined by Nazir Afzal OBE, who’s passion, drive and determination has brought thousands of people to justice and prevented so many women becoming victims of violence and abuse despite all the challenges he personally faced during his time as Chief Crown Prosecutor. It really was an incredible afternoon of challenging content surrounding Protect Duty with presentations from Nick Aldworth and Pete Dalton who were joined by Figen Murray OBE, Gareth Hulmes CSyP FSyI and Christopher Aldous BSc (Open), CSyP, CPP, PSP for a panel session which was interactive as well as informative.
