2025 impact report
As we reach the end of the year, it feels important to pause and reflect on what the ASIS International UK Chapter has achieved together.
2025 has been a year shaped by people - by volunteer leadership, professional generosity, and a shared commitment to strengthening the security profession across the UK. From education and events, to NextGen initiatives, industry engagement, and wider representation, the chapter’s work this year has been purposeful, consistent, and community-led.
At the heart of this has been the time and energy given freely by our volunteer Board. ASIS UK is led by professionals who contribute alongside demanding day jobs because they believe in the value of professional standards and collaboration.
We would like to recognise and thank the ASIS UK Board for their leadership this year:
Darren Carter – Chair
Stuart Nash – Vice Chair & Treasurer
Tim Molden – Secretary
Steve Kenny – Industry Liaison
Farah Benis F.ISRM – Digital Content & Development
Shakirra Patel – NextGen
Angel Vankov CPP – Education
Anushka Gopeechund – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Mike Gaut – Membership & Awards
The Board’s work throughout the year has been delivered with the ongoing support of Irona Wilson, whose contribution behind the scenes continues to be invaluable to the smooth running of the chapter.
We are also grateful to Letitia Emeana, who ended her tenure as Chair earlier in the year. Her leadership brought clarity, drive, and a strong focus on inclusion and professional development, helping to shape the chapter’s direction before stepping away from the role.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to all of our ASIS UK Chapter sponsors for their continued support throughout the year:
AXIS Communications
AlertMedia
Convergint
Everbridge
Genetec
Irisity
Lazerbeam

QCC Global
